Release 3.2.5 – Finally InApp Donations
With Verison 3.2.5 I have finally added inApp Donations.
What does this mean exactly for you?
As of now if you want to donate you have to “buy” and download the second app “COL Reminder Donate”.
So you have to installed always a second app on your device for the “key”.
With inApp Donation you don’t have to install this anymore.
You can donate within the app and the app does always know that you have donated. Also on a reinstall on a new phone.
The next bonus is that I can finally add more donate options.
You can select beetween 6 different donation values. With the old “key” app you had only one donation value.
With this release I need to remove the “PayPal” option because this is not allowed as of the guidelines from Google.
But I think with the different inApp Donation values you can spent the same low or high value you want.

InApp donation is not the only new feature I have of course added a few others:
In Android Nougat (7.x) there is a new system feature called “Bundled Notifications“.
Different notifications are bundled together to one. The system uses this automatically if more than 4 notifications of the same type are active.
If you always want to use this feature you can now enable it in the new setting called “Bundle Notifications”
Another feature is the new “Filter” in the main view.
Here you can filter to see only “today“, “location” or “prio 1 – 4“.
Finally I have now added also a “Undo Bar” after you dismiss a reminder in the main view.
You can now tap on “Undo” if you made a mistake and don’t want to dismiss the reminder.
A request from a lot of users was to see the reminder text in the snooze dialog.
This is now also shown with this release. Thanks for the input.
Of course as always I have updated a lot of small things and fixed also a lot of small bugs.
