Material Design Update is live – Version 3.1

It is finally here.

After months of coding here is another really big update of COL Reminder.
The all new shiny Material Design update.

I made a complete Material ReDesign.
The main list is material, the navigation drawer is material, the icons are material and of course all screens inside the app too.
The status bar is now also colored in the color of the theme you’ve selected on Android Lollipop and up.
And of course it is not only a fresh update of a new design. I added several new features to it.

THE MAIN SCREEN

New circle contact and categories images.
Updated display of the remaining time.
A lot of design elements changes.

THE ADDING REMINDER SCREEN

New top area with colored background.
Will be expanded as you type.
New “FAB” (Floating Action Button) to save the reminder.
New material icons.
New way to select the priority.
New way to add a contact, simple type the name or the number in the text field and you see a list of your contacts.
You can of course still tap on the icons to select a contact.

There exists a lot of more to discover.
So download the update and let me know what you think about the new big update.

And sad but true, I have discontinued the support for Android 2.0 Froyo!
Sorry guys, but I can’t support 4 versions down. We are now at 6.0 Marshmallow and 2.0 is 4 versions down.
I haven’t the time to test and make workarounds for 2.0!
